A GUIDE TO THE FAIR WORK ACT
The Fair Work Act predominantly applies to national system employers and employees. The South Australian Government has referred its industrial relations powers to the Commonwealth save and except for those powers relating to the public service. This means that all South Australian private sector employers and their employees will be covered by the new national system under the Fair Work Act (FWA).
