industry. These will include:
1.1. Regulatory framework; recent developments and legislation:
• The new Australia/EC Agreement on Trade in Wine;
• Amendments to the Australian Wine & Brandy Corporation Act;
• Amendments to the Trade Practices Act (Competition & Consumer Law Act);
• The Personal Property Securities Act (retention of title).
1.2. Liquor licensing and sale issues:
• New licence arrangements;
• Control of licensed premises/responsible service;
• OLGC changes.
1.3. Fair Work issues:
• Fair Work Ombudsman audit of SA Wine Industry.
1.4. Overseas Trade:
• INCOTERMS 2010.
