DW secures three Doyle’s darlings in Commercial Disputes & Insolvency
We’re delighted to welcome three accomplished new recruits to our Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team, further strengthening a group already grabbing national attention.
Liam McCusker, Mark Gowans and Sarah Annicchiarico previously comprised Tindall Gask Bentley’s (TGB) Commercial Litigation & Insolvency team, and in that capacity had earned TGB a recommendation in the 2010 Doyle’s Guide to the Australian Legal Profession in the areas of Insolvency & Reconstruction and Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution.
All three are highly respected and experienced in their field, with Mark also having received personal recognition in the 2010 Doyle’s Guide as a Recommended Lawyer in Insolvency & Reconstruction.
Our momentum builds for the Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team
The addition of Liam, Mark and Sarah continues the recent steady rise of our now seven-strong Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team. It too received significant recognition in the 2010 Doyle’s Guide, being recommended in the area of Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution. While individually, Team Leader Christian Munt was recommended in Insolvency & Reconstruction and Commercial Litigation, and named as one of the Top 20 Rising Stars nationally in both fields.
