Sandy Donaldson, one of the founding partners of DonaldsonWalsh, leads the firm's Corporate & Commercial practice. For more than 40 years, Sandy has advised on corporate and commercial issues, ranging from corporate fundraisings and asset acquisitions and restructuring to tax and the commercialisation of intellectual property. Regardless of the issues, Sandy's practical, direct and timely approach remains consistent.

Sandy specialises in advising technology companies and research centres on the commercialisation and protection of new technologies.

He also has particular expertise in the wine industry, advising clients on issues ranging from international distribution agreements and property and asset transactions to dispute resolution.

His considerable expertise is evidenced by the industry accolades he regularly receives.
