As head of Donaldson Walsh's Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team, Christian Munt applies his experience to the resolution of corporate and commercial disputes and across all areas of insolvency law.

Christian was selected in Doyle's Guide to the Australian Legal Profession 2010 Edition as one of the Top 20 Rising Stars across Australia in the areas of Commercial Litigation and Insolvency & Reconstruction.

His focused and commercially minded approach has resulted in a proven record of favourable client outcomes – whether by negotiation, mediation or, if necessary, court determination.

Christian regularly advises other members of the firm in his role as Special Counsel. He conducts both arguments and trials as counsel and appears regularly in the Federal, Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts. His broad commercial background includes extensive experience in contract, corporate, property and competition and consumer law disputes, as well as in insolvency, building and construction and insurance law.
