John Walsh is the Managing Partner of Donaldson Walsh and a founding partner of the firm. While John enjoys shaping the strategic direction of the firm, he maintains an active practice in the area of workers compensation.

As head of the firm's Self Insurance, Workers Compensation and Workplace Law practice, John has extensive experience and works closely with his clients to defend and manage workers compensation claims. He also assists companies in their transition to becoming self insurers in both the state-scheme and Comcare.

John is an experienced litigator and while he has practised predominantly in workers compensation for the past 18 years, he also has experience in the broader areas of insurance, including occupiers liability and personal injury.
