Kieren leads DW's Taxation & Revenue team, advising across all aspects of taxation, including income tax, capital gains tax, stamp duties and indirect taxes. He has worked in all areas of employment-related taxation law, including fringe benefits tax, payroll tax, personal services income, employment termination payments and employee share schemes.
As head of our Wills, Estates & Business Succession practice, Kieren also has considerable expertise in superannuation, particularly regarding regulation and administration of self managed superannuation funds (SMSFs).
In the broader framework of corporate & commercial matters, Kieren has experience in a range of transactions including business and equity sales and acquisitions, and all aspects of business succession.
