Lisa specialises in property, franchising, liquor licensing and other hospitality-related work.

She has a wealth of experience in property transactions including the preparation of contracts and Form 1 Statements for the sale of residential and commercial properties, conveyancing, commercial leasing and associated guarantees and indemnities, joint ventures, development plans, by laws and scheme descriptions.

Lisa also continues to grow her practice in liquor licensing and hospitality law with the preparation, review and negotiation of sale contracts, liquor and gambling specific lease work and applications for new, or transfers of, special circumstances and limited licences where appropriate.

In addition, Lisa is a valuable member of DW's Franchising team, participating at the front and back end of transactions. Her property and licensing experience has allowed her to advise her franchise clients effectively, particularly on property-related aspects of their businesses. She is also involved with broader general commercial work such as wills and estates, tax and applications to the Lands Titles Office for division of land, and trusts.
