Mark practices in commercial dispute resolution, with a particular focus on insolvency. He has considerable experience in insolvency advice and litigation, contractual and transactional disputes, corporate law matters, professional negligence and consumer law.
As he has often advised and acted for insolvency practitioners, Mark has advised on the appointment of company receivers, administrators and liquidators; security enforcement; debt recovery litigation; enforcement of judgements; and claims against company directors. He has also provided an advisory role in corporate re-structuring and acting for companies and Company Directors.
Mark was listed in Doyle's Guide to the Australian Legal Profession (2010) as a "Recommended" Leading Insolvency Lawyer in South Australia.
