Sarah is a commercial litigator, with particular focus on intellectual property litigation, building and construction litigation, property related disputes, contractual disputes, consumer law litigation and major debt recovery.
Whilst at Donaldson Walsh Sarah has focused on establishing herself as a highly successful litigator. Her work ethic, passion for the industries she works with and remarkable diligence, positions Sarah as a rising star in the field of commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
In the area of IP, Sarah helps businesses protect their intangible assets, by acting in IP disputes and litigious matters. These matters can arise from a range of areas including trade marks, patents, designs, copyright, information technology, Internet, e-commerce and domain and business names.
In the area of property, building and construction, Sarah provides advice to clients in relation to disputes and litigation arising from contracts, commercial transactions, property acquisitions, joint ventures, investor disputes and leasing.
Sarah is a member of the Law Society and she is a member of the Law Society’s Commercial Law Committee, and is actively involved in industry associations relevant to her practice, including Master Builders Association, Property Council and the Intellectual Property Society of Australia & New Zealand.
