For more than 25 years William Esau has made transactions happen and solved commercial problems for his clients. He is a founding partner of the firm and leads the Property practice. He is also one of the leaders of the firm's Corporate & Commercial practice.
William advises major developers of shopping centres and commercial property assets, investors and businesses on a wide range of property-related issues. His expertise spans advising on acquisition and disposal transactions and risk management through to resolving disputes.
